| What is the filter media? | The filter media is Calcium Sulfite. Since the water flow is too fast, using Calcium Sulfite could remove chlorine more quickly than GAC |
| How often should I change the filters? | Normally it should be replaced every 2 or 3 months but it still depends on the population of your family members. However, If the water flow becomes smaller, it means you should replace a new filter. |
